WHO WE ARE

DAYTRIP is a party restaurant and bottle shop! A little bit of chaos in everything. The goal is to build a feast with tables full of plates to share and beverages to taste through. We encourage guests to get their hands dirty. Our flavors are bold, to fit a high energy environment. We love being introduced to new ingredients, flavors, and methods of cooking, and those are exactly the kinds of moments of novelty we want to create for everyone who experiences our food. Also important, nothing that takes itself too seriously. We’re playful, and above all, want our guests to have FUN in this space.

A NOTE ON SERVICE CHARGES

We add a 20% service charge onto every bill. 100% of this goes to all non-managing staff and is split equally regardless of role.
